Dear colleagues!

 

In case if you do not have a Russian or Ukrainian citizenship, you will need a Russian visa to enter the Russian Federation. In order to get the visa, you need to submit a visa application accompanied by an official invitation letter issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. If you would like to get such an invitation letter, please tick the proper box in the registration form and e-mail it to nare@mail.rb.ru no later than April 15, 2009. Please, attach also to the e-mail a scanned copy of your passport. The invitations will be sent to the applicants upon receipt of their application forms, but no earlier than August 22, 2009 in accordance with the Russian Federation legislation.
